Shipping
- Doorbells Direct ships virtually all orders received before 2:00 PM EST the same day M-F, orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day, this includes express orders. We inventory over ninety-nine percent of the items found in our warehouse in Kennebunk, Maine. We use either UPS or the USPS for shipments. Most doorbell pushbuttons are shipped via USPS.
- We can ship UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Third Day Air. Your shipping charges for expedited shipping will be calculated at your time of checkout.
- For regular shipments, shipping and handling charges are $9.99 for orders up to $49.99. For orders from $50.00 to $99.99, shipping and handling charges are $4.99, and for orders over $100.00, shipping and handling charges are free. These shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the Continental United States only. Additional charges apply for shipments to AK, HI, and US territories.
