Shipping
- Doorbells Direct ships virtually all orders received before 2:30PM EST the same day M-F, orders placed after 2:30 PM EST will ship the next day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day, this includes express orders. We inventory over ninety-nine percent of the items found in our warehouse in Kennebunk, Maine. We use either UPS or the USPS for shipments. Most doorbell pushbuttons are shipped via USPS.
- We can ship UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Third Day Air. Your shipping charges for expedited shipping will be calculated at your time of checkout.
- For regular shipments, shipping and handling charges are $9.99 for orders up to $49.99. For orders from $50.00 to $99.99, shipping and handling charges are $4.99, and for orders over $100.00, shipping and handling charges are free. These shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the Continental United States only. Additional charges apply for shipments to AK, HI, US territories or abroad.
